The standard of candidates in the Sydney Northern Beaches Junior Life Saver of the Year competition was very high but there could only be two winners.
Congratulations to the two successful candidates Freshwater’s Gracie Kiely (female) and Dee Why’s Zizo Ayoub. They will now represent the Branch in the NSW Junior Life Saver of the Year competition in April.
Ella Cook, of North Narrabeen SLSC, was Highly Commended.
The other candidates were Bianca Green (Dee Why), Emily Thornton (Newport), Nicholas Walsh (Narrabeen Beach), Isla Parren (North Steyne), Tara Shimeld (Warriewood), Toby Newey (Newport), Ethan Shapcott (South Narrabeen), Grace Seaglove (Mona Vale)
