The Red Cross Mobile Blood Service will be visiting Dee Why Surf Club on the following dates:
Tuesday 18 December – 1.30pm to 6.30pm
Wednesday 19 December – 9.00am to 2.00pm
Thursday 20 December – 1.00pm to 6.00pm
Friday 21 December – 9.00am to 2.00pm
Saturday 22 December – 9.00am to 2.00pm
If you haven’t already made an appointment to give blood, you can book online or call 13 14 95.
Donated blood helps cancer patients, people with blood disorders, mothers-to-be and newborn babies, as well as trauma and surgical patients.
Drink up! Have 3 or 4 glasses of water or juice in the hours before you donate
Eat! Have a good sized breakfast or lunch
Please bring photo I.D. with you
