Please be advised that the Dee Why Surf Life Saving Club Inc will be holding the 105th Annual General Meeting at the Club House, Dee Why Beach, on Sunday 29th July 2018, commencing at 11am.

Agenda:

1. Confirmation of minutes from the 104th AGM.
2. Adoption of the Annual Report.
3. Adoption of the Financial Statement for the 2017/2018 season.
4. Presentation of Awards.
5. Nomination for Life Membership.
6. Special Resolution for the alteration of Rules 15, 22, 27 and 33 of the Club’s Constitution.
7. Election of the Committee of Management.
8. General Business of an urgent nature.
