Congratulations to Dee Why SLSC Member Jay Yeomans who, along with South Curl Curl member Bob Buckingham, went to the aid of a bodyboarder in distress on Friday Morning (28th August). Jay paddled through large surf and more than 300m off-shore to conduct the rescue. There is no doubt from those present that Jay’s efforts were instrumental in saving this mans life. Well done Jay!
