To become a surf lifesaver at Dee Why you simply need to join our club and complete the Bronze Medallion course. This means you must be over the age of 15 and demonstrate proficiency in surf awareness, survival, patrol and rescue procedures, emergency care plus anatomy and physiology.
Bronze Medallion course dates are listed in our Education Calendar.
Once you’ve finished training you will be wearing the red and yellow as a surf lifesaver!
